2eggsadjust according to your protein intake
1/2small tomato chopped
1/24small onion chopped
1/2jalapeno/ choice of peppers chopped
1tspbutter
chopped cilantro for garnish
Spice Mix
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tsppaprika
1tspsaltor according to taste
1tsppepperor according to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, add the oats and the spices and mix them together until well combined.
Add the eggs, tomato, and onion to the bowl and mix everything until well incorporated. This should take about a minute or two.
Heat up the butter in a pan over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, pour the omelette mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the omelette is fully cooked.
Top the omelette with some freshly chopped cilantro and serve it with a side of your favorite dip, if desired.
Notes
