Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 pack ramen noodle of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter crunchy or smooth
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 soft boiled egg optional

Spice Mix

  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes or chili oil
  • Chopped cilantro or scallions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting the spice packet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes or oil, and the ramen spice packet.
  • Add 1/4 cup of the hot water from the cooked noodles to the bowl and stir until everything is well-incorporated. Adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the bowl with the sauce. Stir until the noodles are evenly coated.
  • If using, top the noodles with a soft-boiled egg. Otherwise, garnish with chopped cilantro or scallions. Serve hot. Enjoy!
