you can adjust the quantity and replace the cheese according to your preference

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté spinach and cherry for a minute until shrinks and add the egg mixture to the pan and cook until the bottom is set, about 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle olives, and herbs over the omelette and flip. Cook for another minute or two until the omelette is cooked through.
Finish off cooking by sprinkling fetta crumbs on the top generously and serve hot!
