chickpeas

tahini sauce (seasame paste)

chopped parsley

Instructions
If you are using regular chickpeas then soak them overnight and boil until softened.
Add all the ingredients and blend until desired consistency. If it’s too thick, add water; if it’s too runny, add tahini and a spoonful of chickpeas.
Tahini gives it a creamy texture and parsley adds the green color and herby flavor.
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and serve it with chips and veggies.
