Instructions
In a large pot, heat some butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until they are golden brown on both sides about 3 to 4 minutes on each side
Take the chicken out and add the chopped celery, carrots, and garlic to the pot, and sauté for 5 minut on medium heat.
Pour in the chicken broth and water, and add the spices, and lemon juice in the pot. Then add the chicken back to the pot and simmer the soup for next 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pot and transfer it to a cutting board. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and then return it to the pot.
Simmer the soup on medium-low heat and simmer for next 10 minutes
