Turn off the heat and add 4 to 5 slices of cheese and cover the pan for a nice melt. Get your buns toasted in the meanwhile.
Start with mayo on the bread with a scoop of chicken and veggies. Try to keep the cheese on top. Add banana peppers and any additional toppings of your choice.
Close the bun cut it into two pieces and you are ready. Serve it with a side of fries and some ketchup.
