Instructions
Marinate the shrimp with the spices and a tablespoon of lemon juice and set aside for a15 to 30 minutes
Add a knob of butter to a hot pan and gently add your minced garlic and shrimp to the pan.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium to high heat on each side or until golden brown like in this picture.
Do a taste test and serve with a garnish of cilantro/ parsley. You can have it as an appetizer or with a side of rice for a quick and easy meal.
