Instructions
Heat a tablespoon of butter in alarge pan over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the broccoli and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Add the broth (or water) to the pan and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the shrimp and broccoli over cooked quinoa or rice.
