Ingredients
  

Base

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Spices

  • 1 tsp salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper according to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, arugula, crumbled goat cheese, and chopped walnuts.
  • Drizzle oil, and toss the salad to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once everything is mixed together, drizzle the balsamic glaze on top
  • Do a taste test and serve!
